As the organiser of the National English Writing Competition, we know that these are two of the most common openings and endings by primary school students. But we also know that students can do much more than simply memorising good phrases, if only they have the right guidance to develop their own plots and description.
Our approach
Over the years, we have judged and analysed thousands of stories written by Singapore’s top students from the National English Writing Competition and our creative writing classes are designed by award-winning authors and ex-MOE teachers from top schools to help your child ace the composition, and also enjoy the writing process.
We believe in teaching your child how to fish (master and apply writing skills to any topic), rather than giving them fishes (giving notes and helping words which can only be used for specific topics).

Term 1: 14 February to 10 April 2022 (8 lessons)
Term 2: 11 April to 19 June 2022 (10 lessons)
Term 3: 20 June to 11 September 2022 (12 lessons)
Term 4: 12 September to 4 December 2022 (12 lessons)

B. Student’s name, level in school as of 2022 (i.e. Primary 5), school name
C. Parent’s name and contact number
D. Your preferred day and timing
Term 1’s fees are $380 nett for 8 lessons and will be prorated if you join midterm. Sign up with a buddy and receive a $20 discount! (Buddy can be in different level and timing)
